In 2017 & 18 we engaged Lucy Tearne and her team at Crowned PR to take-over the marketing, sales and coordination of the sites, activations and entertainment, along with the complete advertising, marketing and promotion of the event.
Crowned PR was able to efficiently and effectively deal with all our stall holder enquiries and handled everything from the initial enquiry, booking the sites, collecting the fees, directing the allocation of sites for each specific stall holders, on-site set-up works and coordinating the difficult bump-in and bump-out processes, as well as liaising with the stall holders and other stakeholders during the event.
Crowned PR also provided us with the marketing and advertising of the Hyde Park Fair, we found Lucy and her team’s understanding of the marketing and especially their use of the various social media platforms is a significant factor that has contributed to the unprecedented increase in visitor numbers and the catchment areas we have been able to attract to the fair over recent years.
